Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this cover for the winter months! I bought this because we travel a lot with our little one and when we're on the go the only place she will nap is in the carrier. It's getting colder where we live so a cover is a must! I'm so happy we bought this! It keeps our little one so warm and cozy! The rain cover is a must for us as well. Living in Belgium, we get lots of rain. I love that I don't have to worry about her getting wet. It keeps her perfectly protected :) The cover fits our carrier really well also (we have the Ergo Performance). I would highly recommend this for others!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Keeps my baby dry and warm! I've only been using this weather cover for about 2 months, but from the first use, I've loved it. If you enjoy wearing your baby and want to keep getting outdoors no matter what the weather, this is the way to go! The reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because when being used in heavy rain, water pools where the strap covers meet the hood and will drip onto baby if it gets knocked (not too big of a deal). It's really convenient to leave the cover attached to the carrier during the winter months, and put baby in there instead of having to add tons of layers. The other reason for only 4 stars is that it doesn't fit every carrier. I had an organic from about two years ago, and the snaps on the weather cover did not match the snaps on the carrier and wouldn't attach. Ergo was very quick to respond to the problem by sending a newer carrier where the snaps matched. I am sure they have been working on getting this issue figured out, but was disappointed since it says it fits all carriers. I would double check that it will fit your carrier before purchasing one. Other than that I Highly recommend it, and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the product and all it allows us to do outdoors rain, wind, or snow!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm, protective We use this multiple times daily. I didn't know about this product until recently and I had been wearing my husband's coat over the ergo to keep my baby's legs warm. I bought this immediately when finding it, and it's worth every penny. Easy to attach/remove, warm, and water resistant. I love it, and it's perfect for this apartment dweller who does a lot of walking around town, and has to take dogs out multiple times a day. Keeps baby warm in the ergo while doing it all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used for a backpacking trip in the rain and snow My wife, 2.5 year old and 6 month old recently did a trip to the Canadian Rockies and bought this to go with our Ergo 360 which we use with our 6mo. We were hiking and backpacking in the rain and snow including doing a 30 mile 3 day trek. This cover does a good job at keeping the baby warm and covered. Its easy to snap on to our other Ergo products (we have the 360 and the performance). The material did a great job keeping water and rain out although I think in a downpour the fact that the hood doesn't cinch down would be problematic. As you can see in the pics, the baby stayed dry during snow and rain. The cover is also a great wind break although during really high winds, I had to hold the sides in place so air didn't get through the gaps. On the negative side, like other Ergo products, the snaps at the shoulders don't seemed to be placed in the right spot / are not adjustable and are just above where I can reach across my body easily so in all ways they are annoying. Due to the straps, depending on the activity, the babies head doesn't get the right amount of support. I spent a decent amount of time holding the babies head so that it didn't tip back too far. I took a star off because the snaps for neck support are not in the right place but considering there is no other product I know of which one can use for hiking in the rain and snow with a baby, this is a product that any adventurous/outdoorsy parent will probably want to own. In fact, without this product, there is no way we would've done what ended up being an incredible trek.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A necessity for baby in rainy/cold weather. Purchased this a couple of weeks ago and have used it daily. I live in the rainy Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. I walk each day rain or shine with my 3 month old son & my daughter as we run errands and go to/from preschool, etc. We do attachment parenting so baby is constantly being carried or "worn". This cover has proven to be an essential part of our outdoor gear. So glad we have it. Wish it was around 4 years ago to use for my daughter. I deducted one star due to 3 reasons: 1) the snaps did not fit my Original Galaxy Grey Carrier. However, once contacted, Ergo Baby was super quick in sending me adapters through the mail which has resolved the issue; 2) the hood does not have a drawstring as pictured on the website & the box it comes in; 3) there is no pocket on the weather cover / I can't access pocket on carrier when cover is on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good I looked at other weather covers that would fit the carrier but decided to go with ergo-i felt it was a better quality than other brands i saw and for the minimal difference in price, it made sense to go for the ergo cover. It fits my 360 well and i like that you can cinch the bottom of it to fit around baby more snug. I don't think it is much different than the rain cover. The inside is a thin fleece. Overall, keeps baby warm and protected from wind and rain. Would give it more stars if it had a pocket and i think a 2 in 1 cover would be a great idea with a removable fleece liner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good! This cover seems to get the job done. It hasn't been too cold here yet though, so I can't really speak to how it holds up in New England winters. Also, we have an older model of the Ergobaby carrier, so there is nowhere on the carrier straps for the cover's snaps to attach to (I'm talking about where the cover attaches to the top of the padded carrier straps). This has been fine--it attaches in two other places. Just wanted to throw this warning out there!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bought this for our trip to Switzerland/Sweden. Used it a couple of times so far and have been happy with it. I do wish that there was an indication as to what the temperature limits with this cover. Also wish there was some sort of zipper pocket to put things into, including my hands
