Manufacturer's Warranty

The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind all of our products and will replace free of charge during the first twelve (12) months, any Carrier or accessory that does not meet our high standards. Proof of purchase is necessary. We require that the Carrier or accessory be sent to us directly so we can confirm the defect and make a decision on how to proceed.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at ergobaby®. We feel confident that we offer products and accessories that are of the highest quality and comfort, and we hope you feel the same way. We also realize there is a learning curve to using any new product, and if you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction please contact us prior to returning your Carrier; we can often offer a solution that will help. However, if you are still not completely satisfied with any of our other products, please return them within 30 days in like-new condition (we retain the right to determine like-new condition) for a full refund less shipping and handling.

Standard Shipping (7-10 days, including handling time)
3 Day Shipping (3 business days, if ordered before 9am PST, including 24-hour handling time + 2nd Day Air)

Orders sent to US territories, APO, Hawaii, and US Postal Boxes will be shipped USPS. Final pricing will be quoted prior to payment completion. Free shipping promotions are available in the US only.

International Shipping

At this time, ergobaby® (store.ergobaby.com) does not ship internationally.
